  • What is The Harbor?

    The Harbor will be where you can access school information. Schedules, attendance, and day to day assignments and information will all be stored here. You can login daily by clicking the login button at the top right corner of our website (d65x.hr888888.com). Logins are different for parents and students. 
     
  • How do I get my username and password?

    In order to login for the first time, please click on the login button in the top right corner of our website. From there:

    - Click "First time user / forgot login"
    - Enter the email address that you wrote down on the application / re-enrollment form
    - Your username and a confirmation key will be sent to you. You will use the confirmation key to create a password. 
  • I signed in. Is it the same username and password for my child?

    No! Each member of the Xaverian family - student, parent, teacher, staff - ALL have separate logins, with separate features! 

    For example: 

    A parent account cannot submit homework.


    Therefore, it is necessary, that BOTH parents and students have separate logins. 
  • Can my child and I have the same email address?

    NO. Each user must have their own email address. 

    If you have put your email address for your child, the following are the steps necessary in order to successfully create your child's Harbor access:

    1. Click "Login" on our homepage.
    2. Click "First time user / forgot login"
    3. Enter the email address you entered for your child on the registration form. In this case, it would be your own. 
    4. You will then be notified that more than one user has this email on file. The system will prompt you to enter the user's first and last name. Enter your child's first and last name. 
    5. You will be emailed the credentials for your chid's account. If you enter your own name, you will receive the credentials for YOUR account. 

    NOTE: Once logged in, all users must change their email to their own. Users can modify their emails by clicking on their name in the top right corner, and selecting profile. 
  • I did not provide an email address for my child at the time of registration/re-enrollment? What do I do?

    If you do not believe you entered an email for your child at the time of registration, please contact the main office, and they will add an email address for your child to their record. 
  • I want to change my email address on The Harbor. How do I do that?

    Once logged in, all users must change their email to their own. Users can modify their emails by clicking on their name in the top right corner, and selecting profile. 

    If you are unable to log in, and need to change your email address, please call the main office and they will be glad to change your email address on file.
